A boutique practice for matters that cross borders — arbitration, transactions and technology, handled by partners, not layers of associates.
Aslan & Grey was founded in Istanbul in 2012 by two lawyers leaving the London offices of global firms. The premise was simple — the matters flowing between Europe and Asia deserved counsel fluent in both directions: common law and civil law, boardroom and courtroom, East and West.
Today the firm remains deliberately small. Twelve lawyers, two offices, one standard. Every engagement is led by a partner from the first call to the final award — because judgment is the product, and judgment doesn't delegate.
Five disciplines, one thread: complex matters where jurisdictions, cultures or technologies meet.
No pyramids. The people below are the people in the room.
They think like principals, not advisors. In three jurisdictions at once — and always two moves ahead.
Occasional notes on the law between markets. No newsletters, no noise.
