Growing our own family business, Sumo Sushi, from the ground up — building a consistent, memorable experience both in the kitchen and in the brand.

I ran the business as general manager while also working in the kitchen as a sushi chef. I created the brand's visual identity, menu design and social media content myself, and was hands-on across operations, accounts and management.

Gave me end-to-end experience running a business and designing a brand — from the kitchen to the brand to operations and customer experience.
